A Usagi Anime Maid Cafe is the first maid cafe in London. Our cute maids and gentle butlers would serve you as masters or princesses at our sweet cafe to make you feel at home. We are aiming to provide the ultimate service to make every master and princess feel warm, welcomed and have a big smile while staying at our cafe.

A Our maids and butlers who will serve you would be a surprise at your arrival. Our maids and butlers have different interests such as anime, manga, games, J-pop, K-pop, fashion, music, outdoor sports… Our maids & butlers came from different backgrounds, races, ages, and occupations. Q What kind of food do we have?
A We are very proud of our menu and the food we serve. Each of our recipes has been designed with great care, prepared with love and we are confident in the taste of our food and drinks. Q What entertainments do we provide?
A We have a wide range of table games free for rent while staying at Usagi Maid. We are also equipped with monitors and docking stations for Nintendo Switch for you to enjoy playing with friends. Q What experiences can you enjoy?
A Our maids and butlers will provide you with kawaii and gentle service, which you won’t be able to experience at other places. Usagi Maid is also a place where you can talk about anime, games, kawaii culture, etc. with others and meet people with similar interests to make new friends.
Q What preparation should you do before visiting?
A Be prepared to be a master or princess before coming. It would always be nice to make a reservation before coming, as our basic slot is for one hour only and extended hours would only be possible upon vacancy, a reservation could secure you a longer slot. Also, please don’t forget to bring your Nintendo switch if you’d like to use our switch dockings and screens.
Q What can you keep after visiting?
A You’ll get sweet memories with our maids & butlers and take back your chekis (polaroids) with your maid or butler. We also sell a wide range of kawaii products at Usagi Maid.
Q What kawaii products do we sell at our cafe?
A Originally designed cafe products. Kawaii stationery, plushies, gifts, and Artists’ handmade Kawaii accessories.
Q Do I need to book a table if I only want to go shopping?
A Of course not! You are very welcome to shop without sit-in in our cafe.
